This policy covers the text-messaging program American Drilling uses to send operational notifications to its own employees, including daily field report reminders, report-received confirmations, and equipment fault alerts.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
Mobile numbers are provided directly by employees to company management after hiring is complete, separately from any employment paperwork. Enrollment is entirely voluntary and is never a condition of employment, pay, scheduling, or any company benefit. Consent is given either on a signed standalone paper form (blank copy) or verbally, using a word-for-word script our office staff read aloud. Both the script and the full opt-in process are published at daily.amdrill.app/sms.html. Consent records are kept in company employee records.
Message frequency varies; employees typically receive 1–5 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.
